“Resting Bitch” is a solo exhibition by video artist Sharon Balaban. The exhibition is a multi-screen installation, where the artist deconstructs and re-examines the female body and its relation to the environment in which it operates. The works manifest the practice of a domestic “flaneur,” observing and unraveling the sexual, sensual and absurd repressed female domestic existence.
