The rhythmic brushstrokes that create her work remain accurate, while still retaining their freedom from the literal confines of nature.
Her paintings are direct and sensual, bursting with energy and yet contained.
They are balanced between the desire to touch, as expressed by the feeling of depth and volume they create, and the love of color for its own sake.
