Guy Yitzhaki’s new solo exhibition, ״Lexicon״, provokes questions regarding identity, surveillance and the archive. The Photographic Communications Gallery at Hadassah Academic College serves him as a laboratory for building a visual database. Images taken of the gallery visitors are repositioned in the gallery’s space via projection. By analysis and cataloging, he employs face recognition technology that uses the gathered data to define personality characteristics.
