Orit Hofshi presents a series of monumental works that are simultaneously assembled and dismantled into various compositions. Hofshi is a printmaking artist who specializes primarily in wood cutting and drawing techniques. The monumental compositions are created through arrangements that merge motifs from the press photos, photographs she has taken herself, and images drawn from memory and the imagination, which together create a puzzle that is at once personal and collective.
